1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the portfolio website available at c3sare.vercel.app (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1.2. The owner and administrator of the Service is Marcin Marciniuk (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

1.3. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. Each User is obliged to read the content of the Terms of Service before starting to use the Service.

2. Rules of Using the Service

2.1. The Service is for informational purposes and presents the Administrator's portfolio.

2.2. Users have the opportunity to contact the Administrator using the contact form available on the Service.

2.3. Users are prohibited from undertaking activities that may disrupt the proper functioning of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service's resources.
• Introducing malicious software.

2.4. The content on the Service, including texts, graphics, photos, and other materials, constitutes the intellectual property of the Administrator or third parties with whom the Administrator has concluded relevant agreements. Copying, distributing, and using this content without the Administrator's consent is prohibited, except for permitted personal use.

3.1. The use of the contact form is voluntary.

3.2. By completing and submitting the contact form, the User agrees to the processing of the personal data provided by the Administrator in order to respond to the inquiry, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.3. The User is obliged to provide true and current data in the contact form.

4. Administrator's Liability

4.1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the Service operates continuously and without failures. However, the Administrator is not liable for:

• Interruptions in access to the Service caused by factors beyond the Administrator's control (e.g., technical failures, internet outages).
• Damages resulting from improper use of the Service by Users.
• Content on the Service by third parties (if any).

4.2. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Service, including its content, functionality, and appearance, at any time and without prior notice to Users.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All rights to the Service, including copyrights to its content, graphic layout, trademarks, and other elements, belong to the Administrator or the relevant third parties.

6.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes to the Terms of Service come into effect on the date of their publication on the Service.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.

7.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the competent common courts.

7.3. These Terms of Service shall enter into force on 13.05.2025.
